Simple & fair returns

Each item is printed individually for you (“print-on-demand”) – this sets us apart from traditional mail-order companies.

We can't simply return exchanged items to our warehouse and resell them. Nevertheless, we want you to be completely satisfied.

Doesn't fit or don't like it?
No problem – you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return or exchange them.

As a print-on-demand provider, we produce each product individually for you , so the following return options are available to you:

• Return or size exchange only
• Items must be unworn , unwashed , with tags and in original packaging
• Custom-made items (e.g. shirts with desired names or special prints) are excluded
• You bear the return costs yourself

After inspecting your return, we will either refund your purchase price or send you the replacement item.
